Submission Guidelines

High resolution

Images must meet a minimum size of 5 megapixels (at least 2500 by 2000 pixels for standard landscape orientation photos).

File formats

Accepted formats include JPEG, and TIFF for optimal compatibility.

File size

Ensure files are appropriately sized for web use without compromising quality.

Accepted content types

Only original photos and 3D renders are accepted. Screenshots, in-game captures, and composite art are not permitted.

No watermarks

Images should be free from watermarks or any intrusive branding.

Quality standards

We do not accept unclear photos, excessively noisy images, spotting, selfies, or shots taken on extreme angles.

Originality and editing

Submit only original images. Avoid over-editing, including heavy vignetting, over-sharpening, over-saturating, or selective colorization in black and white photos.

Subject matter

Acceptable subjects encompass a wide range, including landscapes, portraits, abstract art, architecture, nature and more.

Ownership and rights

• Ensure you are the original photographer and hold rights to the photo.
• Obtain permissions from recognizable individuals.
• Respect privacy rights, especially concerning celebrities, performers, and vulnerable individuals.

Respect copyright and privacy

Avoid uploading images featuring straight-on artwork or graffiti to respect potential copyright of the artists' work.

No offensive content

Avoid submitting images containing explicit, offensive or discriminatory content to maintain a safe environment for all users.

Duplicates and overlays

Do not submit duplicate content or images with borders, graphics, text, or watermarks overlaid on them. This includes multiple versions of the same photo or cropped images for re-submission.

Community-friendly content

Ensure submitted content is suitable for users of all ages, maintaining a welcoming community atmosphere.

Quality control

Submitted images may undergo a review process to ensure they meet ColoSach’s quality standards and guidelines.

Feedback

If images are rejected, take note of any feedback provided to improve future submissions. ColoSach reserves the right to remove a previously approved submission if it finds out it doesn’t meet all the guidelines as stated here.
